• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

• Perishable goods (e.g., food items) and personal-use kitchen tools (e.g., knives, drinkware, or items that come in contact with food after use) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us before returning the item.

Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
